This is hands down my favorite sports bra from CRZ yoga. It provide me enough compression for intense workouts, but is great for just lounging. I am breastfeeding my last baby right now (she’s 1.5yo) and I would say now that my breastfeeding journey is coming to a close I would have to size down from a medium to a small. Other than that this sports bra is the best and really runs true to size.
Soft material and cute color. The pads don’t stay in place, which is frustrating and have to keep adjusting. Not recommended for high impact workouts.
