The shipping methods that were used resulted in my package being lost. While Crz Yoga is working to replace my order, I had much better service from another company when a package was lost. The other company contacted the shipper directly to determine that the package was lost. I had to contact the shipper for my Crz Yoga package and then contact Crz Yoga again. Perhaps a more reliable shipping method needs to be used.
